Walk Outs

Times by arrangement.

These are a suitable introduction for the younger rider to familiarise themselves with the ponies during an informal walk around the field or through the copse.

After a few of these sessions, riders can start half hour class lessons on Saturdays at 12.00 or 12.30.

Group Lessons

Saturdays, 10am, 11am and 2pm. Weekdays during the holidays.

Riders are grouped according to their ability. Lead rein pupils are encouraged to become confident in handling their ponies. While the more experienced riders develop their skills in School Movements, also trotting, cantering and pole work. Ideally we like to have no more than six pupils in a group.

Private Lessons

By arrangement.

Saturdays, 12pm or 1pm and 12.30pm on weekdays during the holidays. Sundays occasionally by arrangement.

These are available to enable the rider to work on a specific skill and could make an unusual birthday treat.

Adult Riders

We take mostly children or teenagers. Some lightweight adults may book private lessons by arrangement.
